🔄 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item received is incorrect.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
🚚 Exchange Process
- If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If not, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement product.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
