🔄 Exchanges



We only offer exchanges if:


  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item received is incorrect.



To request an exchange:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.




🚚 Exchange Process



  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If not, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement product.
